4、美化背部线条,预防颈椎病 。 
 
5、手脚并用可以让身体左右均衡  
6、同时增加手部柔软度。
7、收紧腹部肌肉 。    
    
8、减去小肚腩 。       
9、增加脚部柔软度结实臂部 .。

          

10、消除臀部下垂的赘肉和紧实腿部肌肉Ⅰ。
